Weisinger Incorporated acquires C&C Ground Water Services, LLC expanding its footprint and capabilities in groundwater services in the Central Texas market

Willis, TX – March 26, 2026 – Weisinger Incorporated. (“Weisinger”), the leading full suite provider of groundwater services across Texas, today announced it has completed the acquisition of C&C Groundwater Services, LLC (“C&C”) based in Boerne, Texas. This marks the first acquisition since partnering with XPV Water Partners. C&C adds to Weisinger’s extensive fleet, expanding its capability into air rotary drilling services while also expanding into new vertical markets.

C&C was founded in 2004 by Kyle Courtney and is a leading groundwater services provider for the industrial sector. C&C reliably serves a growing list of customers primarily throughout Central and South Texas and specializes in the aggregate and mining sectors. The addition of C&C complements Weisinger’s capabilities and enhances the company’s industrial and air rotary drilling and service offering.
