Our History

Generations of Water Well Experience. Positioned for the Future.

Before 1975

Generational Foundations in Texas Water Wells

The Weisinger family’s involvement in water well drilling and service spans multiple generations. Long before the modern company existed, family members were drilling and servicing wells across Texas, developing practical, hands-on knowledge passed down through direct field experience.

1975

Weisinger Water Well Is Founded

John Earl Weisinger establishes Weisinger Water Well after working alongside his father-in-law, Ralph Scott. The company begins as a small, family-run operation focused on restoring water flow quickly, often responding to urgent calls at all hours to rehabilitate wells, service pumps, and drill new wells. Scott Weisinger was often found working at John Earl’s side.

1980

Second Generation Joins Full-Time

Scott Weisinger begins working full-time in the business, helping expand operations while maintaining the company’s focus on responsiveness, reliability, and accountability.

2000s

Next Generation Leadership. Expanded Markets.

Michael Weisinger joins the company in 2007, followed by Beth Taylor in 2010, supporting continued growth and operational development while carrying forward the company’s core values.

2011

Weisinger Incorporated

Under Scott Weisinger’s ownership, the business formally becomes Weisinger Incorporated, reflecting its growth into a broader, more comprehensive water well and pump services organization with a predominant focus on large scale projects for utilities, commercial and industrial markets.

2010s–2020s

Expansion Across Texas

As demand for reliable water production increases across Texas, Weisinger expands its fleet, service capabilities, and geographic reach. Services grow to include well drilling and construction, rehabilitation, pump and motor systems, maintenance, rentals, and emergency response, supporting residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.

2025

Strategic Partnership with XPV Water Partners

The Weisinger family decides to partner with XPV Water Partners to build on the company’s success and support its next phase of growth. With added leadership and resources, the Weisinger team continues to focus on reliable service, urgent response, and long-term water system performance.
